The city is Taipei, Taiwan becaus pearl milk tea is originates from Taiwan and through further research I found a picture of the Longshan temple which is in the city of Taipei.
Pearl Milk Tea: Bubble tea beverages are also sometimes known as "boba tea." Other names include "tapioca tea," "pearl milk tea," and "QQ drinks" (QQ means chewy in Chinese, referring again to the texture of the tapioca pearls).
I think it is Taiwan but im not sure what city maybe Taipei the clues that gave it awya was the convenience stores,traditional chinese and pearl milk tea.
